WisdomWell is open Monday - Friday from 8:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. We will offer Saturday hours once we’re settled into our permanent space. You may schedule an appointment online at your convenience or you may contact us by phone or email. We are happy to serve your friends, family, and colleagues too.

We’re also pleased to offer 15-minute free consultations.  During this complementary inquiry and discovery session, you can meet a practitioner, learn about our services, and ask general questions before scheduling a proper appointment.  Schedule a free consult online, call, or email us.

What to Expect

Please plan to spend an hour and a half to two hours for your initial acupuncture visit.  During this time you will have the opportunity to have an in-depth discussion with your practitioner about your health concerns.  Following a review of your health and personal histories and a physical examination, you will receive your first treatment.

After your initial visit, you can expect to come in for weekly one-hour treatments.  As you begin to experience improvement and achieve greater internal balance, the time between visits will be increased.  The length and frequency of visits varies by individual.

Your practitioner, in partnership with you, will create a unique treatment plan that specifically addresses your individual needs and condition.  To maintain overall health and wellness, some patients like to come in once or twice each season for a “seasonal tune-up.”

Please review and complete the acupuncture patient forms and bring them with you to your first appointment.

Fees and Insurance

Fees for our services are below.  Payment for your visit is due at the time of service.  WisdomWell accepts all major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover), check or cash.  You also may pay by check or cash. We will give you a payment slip with treatment and diagnostic codes for you to file with your insurance company.
